DISPATCH:
- In max. 24-48 hours from the placement of the order you will be contacted by an operator to confirm the order. Unverified phone orders will not be shipped!
- Orders received during the week (until 16:00) will be confirmed and shipped within 24-48 working hours.
- Orders received Friday after 16:00 and weekend will be confirmed and shipped Monday.
- Please check your contact details before completing the order. Invalid delivery address or phone number may delay delivery of the order.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Sending products is done :
- Through the FanCourier courier company.
The shipping conditions through are the following:
- the delivery fee is for Bucharest of RON 15 and national (rest of Romania) 20 RON (prices include VAT);
- the courier will make delivery to the address mentioned in the order and subsequently confirmed;
For unintended destinations on the FanCourier map, you can choose to pick up your parcel from your nearest FanCourier headquarters or pay a fee of 1 leu / km if you want your parcel to be delivered to you. In this case, the total value of the shipment will be communicated by phone and subsequently listed on the invoice.
What is the order delivery program?
Delivery is from Monday to Friday between 9.00-17.00, if during this time you are not at home, please specify another address (workplace address, etc.) in order to avoid delays or even non-delivery of products ordered. Delivery on Saturday is only available in county offices within the time available and is an optional service (on request).
I received a notice from the courier. How am I doing?
If you have received a notice stating that your parcel has been delivered, you must contact the courier company to agree on a schedule for the next delivery attempt.
IMPORTANT:
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts by partner courier companies, your order will be deemed void and will be returned to Dark Shadows.
CAREFUL!
We reserve the right to unsubscribe from the first non-reserved Package, as payment for future orders must be made online by bank card or bank transfer.
By the Romanian Post, the delivery term being between 3-5 days, the pickup will be made by you from the post office you belong to after receiving a notice from the Romanian Post Office. In the event that this notice is not received within 3 days from the date of confirmation of the order by us, we have the request to present you to the post office and to request the removal of the package.
By Romanian Post: delivery fee is 10 lei for Romania, and the parcel arrives in 3-10 days.
We send parcels and international through FanCourier or Romanian Post. The price will be communicated to you by mail.
